In many ways, I still see myself as a Brooklyn girl. 

We were all expected to work, and I did that for as far back as I can remember. 

When I reflect on my career journey and my many different roles, there is one thing that ties my experiences together:

No matter what company I am a part of or what my job description is, it is my responsibility to remember what it was like getting started.

And it’s my job to help others rocket their own careers.
